Life at Bizom? Well, I must say it’s nothing less than a rollercoaster. I still remember coming in for the in-person interview with two of my peers, feeling slightly anxious. But hey, of course, I came prepared for it. So just after the first round was done, I was told to get ready for another one. So, my second round was with none other than Prarabdh. Again, the anxious feeling started kicking in, and I went in expecting a question about FMCG or something related to the industry. But guess what? We sat down there discussing who would be the best 11 players for India in the then-upcoming World Cup. That’s how it all started.
So my journey began in January 2023 with the South team. Initial days were tough, to be very honest, one example that I could quote here is that Bizom had recently closed a deal with one of the big and prominent regional beverage brands in Karnataka, and I was tasked with getting the project live at the shortest time possible, meanwhile when I was just 4 months into the system. At that time, this felt like a huge responsibility shouldered on me all of a sudden. I was put in a situation where I had to come out of my comfort zone and engage with the C-Level executives to understand their requirements and simultaneously talk with our internal teams to get it perfectly executed.

But with the right guidance and motivation from the team, pressure felt like nothing and we were able to pull this off within a record week’s time.

As time passed, I figured out how farming as a team operates and that adrenaline rush each and every one in the team has when someone closes a deal. Oh man, this cannot be described in words. Every time you close a significant deal or complete a go-live and us posting our achievements in the internal groups for all the likes and accolades from Lailt and the whole team is super fun! The level of encouragement I get here, irrespective of the size of the deals when we close, is something that motivates all of us to push ourselves to the limit and achieve the impossible.
One clear example that I can recall for this would be winning the Vriddhi 3.0.
Now it has been more than a year in Bizom. What an amazing year it has been! I have developed both personally and professionally, made a number of wonderful memories, and gained some amazing friends. I am extremely grateful to Bizom for helping me become what I am today professionally, and I hope that this path of growth and transformation continues in the future and that I continue to form incredible connections with everyone here.
Cheers.
