The First Day: A New Beginning
Walking into Bizom on my first day, surrounded by 16 unfamiliar faces, I had absolutely no idea what corporate life had in store for me. But thanks to the HR team, the onboarding wasn’t just a formal procedure—it was a fun and engaging experience, exactly what I needed to break the ice.
Over the next three months, I immersed myself in understanding Bizom—its people, processes, accounts, and communications. But what truly stood out was the unique culture of learning and fun that made every challenge an opportunity.
The Turning Point: My First Go-Live
Amidst this journey, I was eager for that one moment of real excitement—and then came my first Go-Live. A full year with this account opened up endless learning paths, exposing me to the depth of Bizom’s incredible ecosystem. This was when I had my defining realisation:
"Code likho!! Sab kuch kar sakte ho."
Long nights spent collaborating with R&D, QA, and Integrations—debugging, solving endless queries, and pushing boundaries—weren’t just about fixing problems. They were about learning, growing, and thriving in an environment where challenges turned into stepping stones.

From crafting intuitive interfaces to introducing user-first design thinking across departments, every small win felt like a building block in a larger structure.

Next Chapter: Stepping Up
As every journey evolves, mine did too. It was time to step up for a greater challenge, and that’s when industries and clients came into the picture. Customisations were at their peak, and every roadblock was just another opportunity to innovate and succeed. Navigating through complexities, finding solutions, and witnessing the impact of my work made this phase truly rewarding.
The People Who Made It Special
This journey has been demanding, sometimes rough, but always promising. And the best part? The people who made it all worthwhile were “my incredible teammates”. Working alongside them has been an experience that goes beyond just professional growth; it’s been a journey of camaraderie, inspiration, and shared success.
And as I look ahead, I know this is just the beginning— many more stories await.
Making an Impact: Designing for the Frontlines
The best part of being at Bizom? Seeing how our work makes life easier for on-field users. Whether it’s creating seamless mobile experiences or simplifying dashboards, every pixel we design has a purpose. Knowing that our efforts directly impact the efficiency and productivity of Bizom’s users is deeply fulfilling.
