Being already familiar with Bizom’s front end, I was assigned to a project on my very first day. The knowledge transfer process began immediately, and while the initial excitement was high, it was soon accompanied by a growing sense of anxiety that felt overwhelming at the time.
The project I was entrusted with was a challenge—one of Bizom’s key enterprise accounts at the time. The task? A seamless DMS rollout. I was given the responsibility of onboarding this enterprise account while leading a team of four, all of whom were also new to Bizom. With the unwavering support of Archita, Achyut, and Chitraangi, we navigated multiple hurdles and successfully completed the rollout. This project remains close to my heart, as my prior frontline implementation experience played a crucial role in overcoming obstacles and delivering results.
New implementations were always a feather in the cap—each one unique and a milestone. My first major implementation was a Beverage Company, my EnterpriseAccount no. 2 on the list, a swift project where we went live in just 21 days. Then came the Third One! Another rapid implementation tested my agility and decision-making skills.
This was also the time when mentorship became crucial. Lalit took over our squad for a couple of quarters, guiding us through the nuances of project execution and retrospectives. This period was a turning point, offering invaluable lessons in handling large-scale implementations and preparing me for the next stage of growth at Bizom.
Then, Lav took over from Lalit, and the challenge shifted to building a team from scratch—one capable of managing enterprise customers. This phase demanded not just technical expertise but also strategic thinking, resilience, and leadership.
