A New Journey Begins
Four and a half years ago, I took my first step into Bizom, filled with excitement, anticipation, and an eagerness to prove myself. Like any new chapter, there were uncertainties, but one thing was certain—I was stepping into an environment where I had knowledge of how things worked on the ground but not how they functioned behind the scenes.

Being already familiar with Bizom’s front end, I was assigned to a project on my very first day. The knowledge transfer process began immediately, and while the initial excitement was high, it was soon accompanied by a growing sense of anxiety that felt overwhelming at the time.

The project I was entrusted with was a challenge—one of Bizom’s key enterprise accounts at the time. The task? A seamless DMS rollout. I was given the responsibility of onboarding this enterprise account while leading a team of four, all of whom were also new to Bizom. With the unwavering support of Archita, Achyut, and Chitraangi, we navigated multiple hurdles and successfully completed the rollout. This project remains close to my heart, as my prior frontline implementation experience played a crucial role in overcoming obstacles and delivering results.

The Learning Curve
From the very first day, Bizom became my playground for learning. Whether it was understanding the core technology or mastering industry best practices, every challenge shaped me. Late nights, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving became routine, and with each hurdle crossed, I emerged more knowledgeable and confident.

New implementations were always a feather in the cap—each one unique and a milestone. My first major implementation was a Beverage Company, my EnterpriseAccount no. 2 on the list, a swift project where we went live in just 21 days. Then came the Third One! Another rapid implementation tested my agility and decision-making skills.

This was also the time when mentorship became crucial. Lalit took over our squad for a couple of quarters, guiding us through the nuances of project execution and retrospectives. This period was a turning point, offering invaluable lessons in handling large-scale implementations and preparing me for the next stage of growth at Bizom.

Then, Lav took over from Lalit, and the challenge shifted to building a team from scratch—one capable of managing enterprise customers. This phase demanded not just technical expertise but also strategic thinking, resilience, and leadership.

The Rise: From a Learner to a Leader
The next phase at Bizom was even more significant. As I honed my skills, bigger responsibilities followed. Each project, each collaboration, and each success became the foundation of my growth. I transitioned from being an individual contributor to a decision-maker, realizing that leadership isn’t just about authority—it’s about inspiring, guiding, and empowering those around me.
No journey is complete without mentors, and I was fortunate to have leaders at Bizom who saw potential in me even when I doubted myself. Their insights, tough love, and unwavering belief shaped me into a professional whom others now look up to.
Yet, this journey is far from over. With new challenges on the horizon and an ever-evolving industry, I am excited to continue shaping the future at Bizom. The saga of growth, leadership, and impact continues—because here, every day is a new opportunity to innovate, lead, and inspire.
