From the very beginning, I have felt at home in the company, thanks to its culture, dynamic work environment, and incredible people around me. The biggest positive has been my team, MEA, whose support and camaraderie have made my transition into the professional world seamless and enjoyable.
I had my own, very little, beverage-based startup earlier, and now, working at a prominent one that serves the FMCG sector, I have come a long way. One of the most exciting aspects of my journey at Bizom has been the exposure to international markets. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to travel to Saudi Arabia to implement a large-scale project and visit Kenya for client engagement. These experiences have significantly deepened my understanding of business structures and market dynamics, giving me insights that I wouldn’t have gained otherwise.
Beyond work, I’ve always been passionate about sports, and Bizom’s commitment to health and fitness aligns perfectly with my interests. The regular sports tournaments, hiking, and biking adventures organized by the company have not only been a great source of fun but have also helped me maintain a healthy work-life balance. So, when I say that I was the one to win our team the Mobisy Premier League in the finals with the clutch performance, I consider it an achievement.
Reflecting on the past year, I can confidently say that I have grown both professionally and personally. My skills have sharpened, my discipline has improved, and my confidence has strengthened. I look forward to continuing this journey, taking on new challenges, and contributing to the success of Bizom.
